They treat you so bad when you are disfellowshipped… everyone just walks by and sometimes gives you an evil look or roll their eyes .. I know this cause when I was in the Kingdom Hall there was this woman who was dis -fellowshiped and she was treated horribly by these people. Me being the way I am, I’m not going to sit there and be ignored, I’m going to gather my dignity and my things and walk out.

I never joined the cult but I had three friends that did; after many "discussions, " they stopped talking to me in person, on the phone, etc. It's been 40 years now, and I gotta tell you, I won't be waiting by the phone for one of them to call me and say "hi."

I was born and raised until the group, and I left during the late 1990's. And back then the internet wasn't as advanced, as it is now. So I had a much harder time completely going, out of it. Until about 2009, but even back then there wasn't as much as there is now, Or in the future. So I am glad there are people making videos, about this. To help prevent a bunch of bad things, happening to people, just because they left a so called religion.

I let these people do one meeting with me and excepted an invitation to their Kingdom Hall and now I regret it. My sister is one of them and my mother was one and I never really took to them cause they always seem to take everything you say and twist it or they threaten you.

We left 2023, I knew a sister that was shunning her daughter for over 20 + years but was ok with and friendly with an elder that had done something to that same daughter sexually don’t know to what extent but he denied it so nothing was ever done. I myself was sexually harassed by a married elder reported it nothing was done he came out giving an experience on the last zoom assembly we had incredible we left shortly after that. Thank you for bringing awareness ❤

I noticed that they don't really call their bible a bible. They call theirs the New World Translation of the Holy Scripture.
All other bible translations use the word 'Bible' in it ex. The King James Bible, The New American Standard Bible.

Even a Christian cannot brush aside the worship of Jehovah as God. In Revelation 1:5 the Son of God called himself "Jesus Christ, 'The Faithful Witness.'" When on earth as a man he was a Jew, an Israelite, to whose nation the words of Isaiah 43:10 were written: "'You are my witnesses, 'is the utterance of Jehovah, 'even my servant whom I have chosen.'" Jesus demonstrated that he was a faithful and true witness of Jehovah God. His genuine disciples today must be the same kind of witnesses, Jehovah's.
