This is also a clear demonstration of how drums drive music, it sounds really slow and wonky without the drums, with them it really brings it all together, and makes the piece sound more driven.

Intervals tend to sound good to our ears where the ratios of their frequencies are close to simple fractions, that is fractions with low numbers. The golden ratio is "the most irrational number possible", which means it is the number that is the most difficult to estimate with simple fractions. That would mean that an interval of frequencies equal to the golden ratio is the most dissonant interval that exists in nature.
