SUGGESTION OF HOW TO USE THIS:
In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because they mute most of the environment's sounds.

To induce the subconscious mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE falling into a numb state that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting it all go.

I am actually working on my own channel of frequency based meditation music but I wanted to come here and tell everyone that THIS channel is 100% genuine and gets a certification of authenticity, being that I am actually a “professional” composer. Most of the channels on YouTube are fraudulent and just throw up a false title making false claims of what it contains, and the problem is, many people aren’t able to verify them to be genuine or false so they rely on the hopes that the channel creator isn’t a lying fraudulent click generator. I have been looking for something like this, ever since I discovered electronic music in the early 70's. I listened to this last night. I was having a really bad day and was so angry. I didn’t lay down. I sat. I relaxed and turned up the volume a bit and I can honestly tell you that after 1 hour I was feeling so light and realized many things. It was amazing. At one point I started burping (which happens sometimes for me during a cleansing with Palo Santo.)
I was burping like nobody’s business. I let go of negative attachments it seems. Afterwards I didn’t want to hear any negativity from anyone.
