Understanding Your Bodily Injury Motor Vehicle Insurance Claim

Let's talk about understanding your Bodily Injury motor vehicle insurance claim. And as you probably know by now, there's a bunch of different claims that we open up at the beginning of your auto wreck case. Now there's usually multiple ones. We have Property Claims and then there's Uninsured Motorist claims, but we're going to talk about, in this video we're going to talk about Bodily Injury, which is one of the most important claims that we open up. So you know the deal, you're in a wreck. It's not your fault, it's somebody else's fault. It's somebody else's fault because they drove in a way that they violated certain safety rules of the road and as a result of this other person's bad driving, you're injured, and that's where Bodily Injury insurance comes into play.

I’m
Wrapping up an uninsured motors claim at the moment for the bodily & emotional injuries that I received. The adjuster and her supervisor are very difficult to work with and since I’m in arbitration against them I’m having to deal with their lawyers but I will triumph in the end since my case is so strong.
I’m representing myself after having dismissed my personal injury lawyer since it wasn’t a good match for us to work together.

Not a huge fan of policy disclosure. The attorney either goes after the policy limits and try to overvalue the case by having their client get unnecessary treatment (not all the time) or send a drop letter if there’s no BI. So basically, attorneys are trying to maximize their contingency fee or dropping their client if there’s nothing to collect. I’ve seen a claimant deny a settlement before they were repped, got repped, then passed away from some adverse reaction to some completely unnecessary injections.

Hello. I got rear ended 3 months ago. The 3rd party insurance says they won't pay for my lost wages. Can they do that?
The accident happened in California. Thanks in advance.

It's been 2 1/2 years since I was hit from behind. My lawyers aren't making progress with Allstate. I'm thinking of making a claim with my own auto insurance. Im hurt and have not gotten better, only worse. I have a neurological disease but it's being managed. What are my rights?
