Warrants VS Options

Warrants give the investor the right to buy shares at a specified price (strike price) before a certain date (expiration date). Sounds a lot like options, right? Well, there's a difference between warrants and options and I'm explaining the difference.

I explain the difference by talking about the warrants that were issued to Birkshire Hathaway from Bank of America in 2011.
