I think at 2:12 in video, Warrant holder will pay 20/share to exercise his/her rights to buy new shares from the company not 22/per share as you said. Please correct if i am wrong

Sir warrant always comes with bond or it can be issued with out bond also does warrant have monetory value or it is just for Easier selling of the bond, given to the bond holders

I've been looking convertibles over and over again and I still don't see how the buyer retains any risk. If the company does poorly the buyer holds a bond, if the company does well the buyer now holds shares. Either buying nothing but convertibles is the perfect no-risk strategy, or its some kind of a trap for investors to generate cash for a company that ... doesn't intend to pay it's debts. What am I missing here?
