That switch from a loving relationship, into a parenting relationship with yourself is absolute gold. As a parent this makes it so much more powerful and when used, it also changes the way you parent your children too, love it ❤

You solved 100 problems which were merely a deviation of a single one.

"The inner always colors the outer" I like this way of describing it

One of the most genuine talks. So well narrated. So effortless and natural with the flow. Yet so profound and deep. Life changing 🙌🏻

That was seriously, one of the most inspiring podcasts I heard in a while. That actually made me a lot of stuff to rethink about.
Great job man!

This was so powerful, it really got to me, knowing how hard I'm on myself when that's how I was raised too. If the inner child is broken, everything we do will be negatively affected. To heal, we must do what our parents failed to do. Thank you for these words, you have no idea how many lives they'll change.

I cried during this entire video at work luckily for the first couple hours its just me. I think i knew this within but it helps hearing it said like this being my own parent. I had no dad, lost my mom at 7 and grew up with an alcoholic aunt who never gave me motivation or love after a i was 10 or so

What do you do when your needs are sexual and desiring mental, emotional, physical intimacy? Romance? Those are things that you can only get from another person.

What if you want to truly KNOW someone else and you actually do want to give them happiness?

I think the positive definition of loneliness is the desire to share happiness with someone else. I don't think loneliness be narrowed down just to the definition of "you're just not enjoying the relationship with yourself" ya feel me?

If we can truly be happy on our own, and we didn't NEED relationships at all, then I don't think we'd even be in relationships. Because they're a headache. We are meant to need each other, I think. We're not complete by ourselves.

I also think "neediness" can easily be a gaslight by people who don't want to contribute to the relationship the way you are and they don't desire the same things as you.

Thank you for this.
I needed to hear this.
I have always drilled myself to be the best version of my self.
I keep desiring love and social contact with others.
Thank you for showing me that i crave this from myself and from now on i will support and be my own best friend.
I just celebrated this realisation with myself 😄.
It is so easy to forget yourself sometimes.
That's were the neediness came from.
Thanks bro for showing this 🙏❤️

I just found your channel and i wanted to say thank you.

I just went through a soul crushing break up, someone I decided to call my "soul mate" fell out of love with me because of a bunch of reasons that destroyed my confidence, and I knew I wasn't perfect, but I had no idea how toxic our relationship was due to both of our confidence issues, mine especially.

Learning that I am in a relationship with myself is easy, but learning how it works and how I can improve it and build myself as my own parent has got to be the best lesson for myself that I can take from my previous relationship, and from you today.

Thank you

Some people are afraid to ask for help when they need. It has to be balanced like everything in life.

I've been watching your videos for a few day now, and they've been amazing, but this one in particular is the best motivational video I've ever seen.

The simple switch in how you have your inner voice act, is such a tremendous difference. I was going down that negativity road, that inner asshole voice that never thinks you're good enough, and that's supposed to somehow make you do better, like trying to earn its approval or something. But nah, it doesn't have to be like that. It should be someone you like to hear from. Someone who supports you, celebrates you, someone you can have FUN with. A simple change in mindset like that can be life changing.

The last couple days I was watching your stuff, and it was reasonating with me, but it didn't necessarily stick. I couldn't remember parts of it, and in the day-to-day moments, I wasn't really taking your advice in. Having a supportive inner voice, who can be there to literally tell me this stuff throughout the day, remind me about relaxing and being chill and letting go of the front in order to just do stuff and have a good time, that's such an advantage to have and is probably "the answer" that I've been looking for for months that people usually say "there's no answer, you just gotta work hard!" But no, it's a simple change in the way you think

OMG I am a weirdo…I have always and love to go out on my own, travel, drives, dinner, coffee etc.. unless I’m in good company of a few friends I don’t seek out others all the time and can fill my own void.
Love my own company !!
