What an incredible video!! I love the idea of using frozen fruit so then it will make its own syrup from the juices for pancakes or even on toast. Can't go wrong with free extras!!!!

Yum! Eggs and oats are my go-to breakfast bases too. And smoothies of course. 🙌😄💖

Loved this!!! My struggle is I don't like eggs and I find it is so hard to get protein, but I learned a lot from this - great suggestions! Cottage cheese in a smoothie?! I've been living in the dark 🙈

We love large flake oats in our house too! They have the best texture in my opinion!
