I love how Lady Jessica tells him to slow down, becaue it shows that Paul has completely surpassed her. He knows more than her, and knows that every word he says is exactly what needs to be said to achieve their ends. He becomes more than a Bene Gesserit.

Stilgar makes these scenes feel real. You can see the transition from doubt to zealot and it is glorious in a horrifying way.

Gotta hand it to Chalamet, he really won me over with his performance in Dune 2. I joke to my friends that if I was in that room I might've been chanting Lisan Al-Gaib myself

How he switches from chakobsa to common to chakobsa to claim the foreign title of duke but then back to chakobsa to assert his is the Lisan al Gaib (the voice from the outer world speaks in a foreign language to show how he is both one with them but set above them) is masterful.

Bro dropped the hardest Dune edit and thought we wouldn't notice.

1:32 "In that instant, Paul saw how Stilgar had been transformed from the Fremen naib to a creature of the Lisan al-Gaib, a receptacle for awe and obedience. It was a lessening of the man, and Paul felt the ghost-wind of the jihad in it."

This movie has truly shown us the POWER OF WORDS. Incredible and astounding portrayal of a man became voice of millions.

“In your nightmares, you give water to the dead, and it brings joy to your heart!”
That line gives me goosebumps every time

Can't believe they got the real Paul Atreides to play Paul Atreides

When I saw this in the cinema, I wanted to stand up and shout LISAN AL GAIB.
Greatest movie in the last years.

I honestly didn’t believe Timothee had what it takes to play this side of Paul. But he does. Villeneuve could not have picked a better actor for the part.

When he says “the Hand of God be my witness, I am the voice from the outer World (Lisan Al Gaaib)” I get goosebumps every single time. This was my favorite scene in the movie just because of the way he controls the room by telling them didn’t you all pray for this day? Great delivery by Timothee as well after looking like a scrawny quiet kid in the first film

Bro this edit, along with the acting in this movie, is so POWERFUL. I literally feel like Lisan al Gaib's followers whenever he makes his speeches

False Messiah or not, theres a deep yearning our hearts to take charge of our lives, overcome the obstacles and Become that which we are destined to be. Thats what makes Paul's character resonate with all of us.
He represnts an Ideal we all aspire to.

Gave me freaking goosebumps when I've seen it the first time. Stellar performance. One can understand why Fremen would follow this man to the death.
