How to install BMW Charge Pipe Intercooler & Boost Pipe

A plastic charge pipe, how could you? Come on BMW... At least VRSF gives a lifetime warranty, so if more power gets added later we're covered. The charge pipe, intercooler, and boost pipe are mods you have to install ASAP. Preventative maintenance comes second (immediate maintenance is first). Now that we have increased the reliability of the m235i we have more options.

Fritz- due to this video, it gave me the confidence I needed to do the job myself and save around $500 in shop install fees. I was just able to install a new Wagner intercooler and a Evolution Race works charge pipe. It was tricky getting that old charge pipe out but I got it! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for your excellent video.

I am Japanese, but most of Japanese people who drive M235i do not do even this level of work by themselves and leave it to the store, they are all incompetent and have only money.

I mean, if you like cars enough to drive a BMW, you should tune and maintain it by yourself.

I recently changed the starter motor on my M235i. Absolute see you next Tuesday of a job. Cracked the lip of the charge pipe trying to get it off the throttle body. Now need a new TMAP sensor and pipe hahaha

Thanks a million for the downpipe install vid. Brother and I put it in last week, and it's pure win. Stock downpipe gets sold this coming week, and almost pays for VRSF Chargepipe and VRSF 6.5" comp HD intercooler. This vid will help a lot on next weekends project, so thank you again. Did couple BM3 Stage 1 OTS 93 pulls at 86F ambient. Initial IAT 96-100F, and would end 4th-5th gear pulls at 139F IAT... Only gonna get hotter here in Houston, TX.
