Just for the record, you don’t have to move to fast, just move for each face of each teeth and you should good to go, let the brush do its job.

Don't use it like a manual toothbrush but just place it on each face of each tooth for about 2 seconds. Don't forget to brush the back of your teeth as well.😊

To complete to help you with the tootbrush you need to install the app on your phone, that provide to you a complete tratement about avoid or eliminate the plaque and where you must brush your teeth, what are the weaknesses zones. I have been using Oral electric toothbrushes for 20 plus years, and are the best.

I bought the 7 and I love it however the charging station it sits on is not charging the toothbrush. I had the exact same issue with the 9 model from before which I returned. Frustrating

So question. Hopefully someone can answer. My i09 brush head isnt spinning. Its a new head. I dont have another one to test. But is the magnetic piece of the motor on the top of the body that touches the brush head supposed to move when you turn on the brush? Or all its supposed to do is make a noise from the motor?
