In this "Quickie" video, I take out the Nike Structure 25, a mild stability running shoe, for a first run to see what I think of it. It is a shoe which you can, at least until 5th Sep, pick up for under £100 in the UK which these days, for a decent running shoe, seems very good value.

Good to hear they did alright. I guess it's the foam creeping up around the inside what makes it 'Stability' by definition though doesn't seem like it's all that intrusive.

From my experience when the cushlon gets old... say about after 100 to 150 km... it lightens up and becomes very comfortable for churning up miles.
I have used a few Nike Winflo iterations.. they are very underrated shoes IMO!

A shocking amount of mud on heels there Tim! 🤣 Some would say they're ruined. Probably time to get a new pair 🤣

I wonder how your feet and legs will feel running in these. My guess is they will aid in recovery for your problem areas.

Sounds like you had low expectations and they definitely exceeded those. Did the Achilles feel better in them?
