I crushed my toe with the handle of a really old iron dolly, when I was 3. I've experienced a lot of pain in my life, but I will always remember that moment as the day I learned what real pain was. Be careful with those things, I wasn't even trying to move anything with it. But I think that modern steel dolly is probably much lighter than my antique one. Still, don't drop it on your feet. And especially don't drop it on your feet while carrying a fridge.
