That 240v twist lock is 30 amps on each leg so you can pull 60 amps at 120v or 30 amps at 240v

What a monster of a generator. I see you didn’t put it on your turn table, why not? Lol 😂 😂. 250lbs, but I tell you what very surprise with how quiet it is. Being a big generator. Great Review Gavin im torn between the predator and the duromax. I made the mistake of getting the westinghouse 4500 for home backup. Nice generator quiet had an issue with auto throttle minor issue, but it don't have enough power to keep the 6 circuits I have on the transfer switch.

When are you doing a lawn care review. I wish my lawn was that beautiful.. LOL

Great video as usual. Hoping you do a video soon on the Duromax XP9000iH, although i recently learnt that that generator actually produces a midified sine wave albeit less than 5% THD. What are your thoughts on modified sine wave generators?

Is there a difference using it with eco on or off? I’m using it for a foodtruck but I don’t know if I turn the eco on is going to do something good or bad.

I'm wondering if that 30 Amp, 240 volt outlet is the same as all other 240 volt outlets. It says 30 amps but is actually 60 amps, 30 per leg. Most people think a 50 Amp hookup at their favorite RV park is really 50 Amps but is actually 100 amps. If your Miramar has the 5500 Cummins genny, that's about 45 amps and it can run the entire RV so I'm thinking you'll have no trouble powering it with this genny. I'll tell you what though, that is a beast of an inverter generator.

I do not understand too much the 63.3 amp 1 phase on the manual. That means if I set the generator to 120v and I use a Y connection connected to the 120V 30A outlet and the 120/240v 30a outlet then I would be pulling 60 amp and I can connect that to a 50a inlet box?

How sensitive is the CO sensor? I had a dewalt with the sensor and it would shut off if there was no breeze or if the breeze would blow the exhaust to the sensor. Very frustrating when using it for work.

What are your thougts on the Harbor Freight warranty for this one? It seems that 90 days is risky, and the 2 year to purchase is like $600 or exact same generator can be bought elsewhere (different name on it of course) at other places for the same or less with a better warranty included....I think in that bracket I'd go for the Genmax or the Powerhorse

I can't get the 240 output to work only 120...any ideas? The 240 switch and breaker was at correct setting.

I saw another video where a guy was going to show you how to convert the predator 9500 over to propane. You should have seen what he had to go through to just get access to the air cleaner. You basically have to do a total tear down of all the plastic panels just to get to the stupid thing. WTH were the designers thinking??? Problem is they were not thinking. Striking this genny from the list. You can keep at least until they come up with a design change.
