Sexual sin is a difficult one to deal with. On one hand sexual attraction and desire is hardwired into us and without sex none of us would be here. But on the other hand we can't allow our flesh to rule us. There is a right and a wrong way to do things. If you repress your desire too much it will begin to come out in perverse ways like what has happened with Catholic priests who took a vow of celibacy when they should have acknowledged their desires and dealt with them responsibly. Jesus said to confess our sins to one another that we may be free of them. We have to acknowledge the problem before we can fix it otherwise it goes unresolved and lies in wait to surface some other way. Don't encourage your fleshly desires because they will grow bigger but don't give yourself a complex either. Be honest with yourself and don't pretend that they don't exist. Sometimes you have to count the cost and satisfy that desire in the most responsible way you can. Take control of it instead of letting it take control of you. Your flesh is like an animal and it takes time and training to tame it.

Everytime I think about it with her I feel this pit in my soul and it creates anxiety, but instead of rejecting it I let it consume me and try to find a way to make it happen.
