Love it bro. Good stuff. I recently learned that the pre shredded cheese has an anti-caking agent that prevents clumping in the bag (and also makes it less melt-able).

where’s the oregano? i grew up with garlic bread b/c my family are italian-americans, and oregano is a pivotal part of garlic bread for me. i’ll probably make this with olive oil and oregano rather than butter and parsley, but i’m definitely gonna try the roasted squeezy garlic trick!

I love that kids on tiktok think they've invented something brand new when they're making these basic recipes that have been around forever. Good on them for learning to cook though, that's a good thing. Roasted garlic is the bomb!! Half the tik tok videos aren't cutting it correctly which makes me laugh. I see them cutting the bottom off instead of the top of the head of garlic, then their bulbs separate & they call it a failure.
