I love analog obsession plugins—a lot of the plugins sounded better then paid options to me!

Thanks for demystiying and explaining the Pultec EQ. Great idea also to show with the analyzing tool what it does. Will check this to learn using it.😀

nice video Mike. I will download them all but the last one seems quite alien to me, i like your advice to just have a play and see (hear). Lovely clear demonstration/tutorial. Happy New Year!

The one plugin I really need is the one that gives me 48 working hours per day.

Love LOVE analog obsession. They have a SSL EQ and a Neve EQ that both sound great. Also have a de-esser that works so well. I use the LALA on every vocal track with the 1176 style compressor. Throw the Neve style eq on it and you're pretty much there.

Mike, another great presentation. Thank you for demystifying so many concepts of eqing, compressing etc. These plugins look great.

Hi Mike, happy new year! I've been using the 1176 emulation for ages, and it's excellent.

Basically, I just want an exact frequency response, that is very similar to that of a tape or vinyl, on my stereo bus. Less digital precision, hence less digital harshness! And no additional loudness! That's what I don't like with saturator plugins. Does something like that exist VST wise, and free?

Nice one Mike! Happy 2024! And I finally understand how a pultec like analog eq works! 👍👍👍
