Sika® Underwater Concrete

Sika® USC Pak is a powdered underwater/anti-washout admixture formulated to increase the cohesion of concrete to enable a significant reduction in washout of cement when placed under water. Sika® UCS Pak is packaged in water-soluble bags to enable ease of addition.

Sika grout is several times thicker then the control grout, maybe trial a more fair comparison, or atleast a video of one.

Mix 1 looks soooo different than mix 2. Would be curious to see slump of 1 and 2. Honestly this is not convincing me.

Has performance of this anti-washout admixture been checked in flowing water? Normal self compacting concrete/mortar using a tremi method for placement can also prevent grout washout. I look forward to receiving a response and relevant experimental data. Thanks.

amazing but i doubt if the aggregates were used there will be some difficulty to manage the bond between them under water

A cup of piss and a cup of syrup is not a fair test in any respect. Redo test at equal consistency of you want to make a fair test

This video is dishonest. No reason for the standard mix to be that wet, nobody is mixind that wet, not even for block wall pouring.
