Sika Concrete Admixture

Ok, were repairing seismic damaged but not broken traverses, two level pillars, and cornices in buildings. Sika liquid as an additive was employed in the original structures dating back 50 years.
The resulting concrete is very hard, extremely resistant to cracking, torsional stress such as generated by 7. + Richer forces. Rebars do well in the batch.
For general construction up to 3-5 levels does the apicatuin of Sika additive remain uniform?
We have blended shredded plastic into some batches without any scientific measurement. The cured concrete does test very well however might this "blending" be dangerous to long term integrity as plastics do break down overtime. Thank you .

Is that possible to use bonding agent and sika 1 together the same time??or is that one after the other???
