should you use this between concrete to concrete? i have a concrete cantilevered border about 18” and then my concrete deck joins the border.. i think water is getting behind my liner and creating bubbles high up on the wall... my pool builder says you shouldn’t caulk that.. i have a vinyl liner inground pool... he said don’t do that, maybe only if you had a concrete pool you would do that...what is anyone’s opinion on this matter? he thinks it from surface water getting through seams because ground isn’t graded yet, but im not sure.. only 1/4” of rain creates these bubbles and i experimented by putting tarps over the ground to cover exposed dirt..
