It can be frustrating to get stuck in line somewhere with no end to your wait in sight, but what about waiting is it that gets under our skin?

You'd think at a theme park they would have mini games at the side of the those reaaaaly long queues. Something as simple as getting a basketball in a hoop and other different mini games would do.

People use their phones at the most inconvenient times, like when they are driving, but when they are waiting in a line, they just focus on being angry about other people's quirks... oh, humans...

The part about enjoying waiting is true. When I'm waiting in line with my cousins at a theme park it's a lot more fun then waiting on my own. We can play games together and talk, rather than just being bored.

My solution: I commute a lot and to not sit bored in the train, I regularly download long youtube vids onto my phone with the "tubemate" app (not in app store, gotta go to their site) and watch em in the train. At my boring job I play PSVita.

If you've ever wondered why some people craft in public (knit, crochet, needlepoint, etc), this is why. It's also why many of us have t-shirts that say something like "I crochet so I don't kill people" :P
