Just on that opening clip where Kirk is responding to the student with “so you think black people are too stupid to not use drugs when they’re introduced to the community.”

I’m normally on Kirk’s side, but that was a bad take. It’s not a matter of black intelligence, but a simple matter of access.
If we didn’t have fentanyl brought into our communities, we wouldn’t have a fentanyl problem. If the government hadn’t pumped cheap crack into the black community in the 80’s it wouldn’t have been a problem.

I’m a white conservative leaning individual, but even I can see that and the damage that it’s caused.
Kirk talks a lot about the nuclear family and that was one major component to the destruction of the black nuclear family.
Depress the community, get them hooked on drugs and then criminalize those drugs. Target those in violation of the law. For those not caught up in drugs, incentivize divorce. Steer the culture away from God and focus it on all sorts of ungodliness.
The kids in the immediate aftermath were sabotaged and our culture as a whole is paying the price for that and many other sorts of bad governance.

Their two points aren’t mutually exclusive.
