Only problem with the next step of removing the library folder, is that Steam basically refuses to let you do it if you have anything else saved on it. So if you have tons of stuff added, you have to uninstall everything. Ridiculous.

Destiny 2 downloaded. Then, disk read error.
After repair Steam library, Steam forced redownload. Even though, already downloaded.

Why?
