after i activate lot number and multiple UoM feature together, lot number in stock report doesn't work accurately. it shows duplicate lines in the report. I think it is a gap. did you figure out similar issue ? Do you think that Intuit will fix it ?

Is there a process to cancel/void a prepayment when an invoice is generated by accident? Or how to give a credit should a customer cancel their order and payment is posted against an SO. Thank you in advance.

I was so excited to update to 24.0 because of the new prepayment feature. I updated last night and today I went to turn on the preferences for prepayment and I was really upset to see it couldn’t be turned on because we have multi currency turned on for Canadian and US currencies.

Im getting a new error, OL-222. This is the import QBO for my bank transactions. No one is helpful. Bank cannot help, QB has eliminated their phone numbers and on-line searches want me to scan coded text for special characters. Really? any solutions you have encountered?

We just upgraded to desktop 2024. We pay many of our vendors via ACH, through our bank's website. Is there a way to send payment remittance notifications for the invoices paid, to our vendors?

We have tried to use this. But what happens when a sales order needs to be cancelled? For example in our business, we sell items that may not be in stock, so a sales order pre payment would be a deposit. If the customer cancels, we refund the deposit. But how would we do that in Quickbooks? It does not allow us to delete the sales order if there is a sales order pre payment applied?

We usually make Estimate and than convert that into Invoice. we don't have sales order functions. We are construction company how do I get sales order

Great Video. We are multiple currency, so QB doesn't allow us to apply payments to Sales Orders. Do you think this will be allowed in the future

Thanks for the video. We are looking into whether to stay with Quickbooks Enterprise or move to a different product like Fishbowl which is a top layer to QB. If we wanted to determine if our current needs with inventory are supported now or with workarounds, do you offer phone or online consulting?

They are still not thinking of adding support of multiple U/M displaying for invoicing, Bill received & reports. If your base unit is corton with 3 items & 6kg weight, it should be displayed in each column separately during invoicing, bill receive & stock report.
