Ann Wilson's voice is incredibly powerful yet divinely feminine, passionate, buttery rich, and euphoria inducing. Most beautiful voice I've ever heard, and at my age I've heard a LOT of voices.

As far as I'm concerned, Ann is and will always be the greatest female rock singer, there's no one out there that can touch her. I've seen Heart five times and she always amazes me. There's some real early footage of them at the California Jam 2 in 1978 playing in front of 300, 000 people.

One thing that's a shame about Alone reactions though..., it seams that Nancy's vocal role is always neglected a bit... Her high line on the chorus is crucial to the sound of this song. It's just not the same without her high line part on the chorus. 😍

As a gifted singer myself. I have to say that MANY singers lose it after a certain time in their lives. It could be age, and or a myriad of other issues. HOWEVER, Ann treats her voice like the instrument it is and should be. I think this is what has kept her sustainable after all these years. She pampers it like it should be. And doesn't over do it like it should be. And that's what makes her the vocal phenom she truly is.
