Hi Jay, I did my IELTS on 20th June 2022. Am glad I watched this problem solution question here because that's the question i got in the exam room. The question was what causes children to eat unhealthy and solutions. I used this exact method of writing and before I knew it, I was done within 20mins did proof reading for 10 mins then focused with tasks 1 question. I got a band 7 in writing and was happy. My advice to students always start with task 2 essay question it carries more marks.

You guys have no idea how helpful your lessons have been to me. I sat the test and the questions that I got were insanely tough;my mind went blank for like 10 minutes or so when I went through the writing questions. I went out of the test hall disappointed and devestated. I was dreading the day the results would come . I promised myself that I would make this comment on the last e2 video that I watched if I get a band higher than 7. And lo and behold, my results have just arrived and I got :
W:7.5 R:8 L:8.5 S:7

Thank you Jay. I took my ielts on July 29, 2023 and got band 7.5 in Writing by following your strategies. I was really amazed because i couldn't complete the task 2 due to the challenge of time. I was just about writing the conclusion when i heard " TIME UP!! STOP WORK"!! I used just 25 minutes for task 2 eventhough i never practised writing before the exam. I JUST WATCHED YOUR VIDEOS TO LEARN THE STRATEGIES. I ALSO AVOIDED MECHANICAL LANGUAGE IN THE ESSAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
