The Psychology of Mirroring

What is mirroring? It is something we may unconsciously or consciously when we like them, are interested in them, or want to become close to them. Scientifically, this phenomenon is called limbic synchrony. When we mirror someone's body language intentionally, it can also be used as a technique to show empathy, trust, or convey that someone has our full attention. Mirroring can be an effective way to increase the connection between two people.
