MCC finally got there after years of post release work, and Halo infinite had the most potential. Great gameplay and foundation. Took them 10 years but they finally figured it out. As always though, 343 messed it up. They are incompetent and they don't care about you. If they did, they would listen and communicate better. Instead, they rinse you for money and don't offer you any value in return. Many of you will still blindly defend them, but the facts are clear. Do you really expect them to change now? New leadership hasn't made any difference.

As soon as they got rid of the battle pass and put everything in the store I lost all interest in the game and quit playing.

343 is just an extension of Microsoft. 343 is literally a division of Xbox Game Studios. The Halo franchise will continue to have major issues so long as it's owned my Microsoft. There's a reason Bungie began cutting ties with MS back in 2007.

💚 new sandbox stuff I think is the only thing that could revitalize infinite, they can add new modes all they want but it will still feel the same because the same weapons and vehicles will be used. It’s also one of the issues I’m having with my Capital Supremacy class system and trying to make a unique class for the Heavy

As a forger, we NEED them to fix the bugs. Things as simple as AI using Skewers and vehicles triggering events are just impossible to do now, and we don't have a big YouTuber who's a forger to make people aware of these issues. Reporting them on Halo Support doesn't exactly help either, since 343 only investigates a bug if a large amount of people report it.

💚 I agree that operations are not enough on their own. A new season, new weapon, and game mode would help a lot. Throw in a dedicated firefight map with the new season and that will help a lot.

Why is it so difficult to just listen to the fans and give them what they want? Halo fans are seriously vocal, we don't hide what we want. Love the map remakes. Why can't they just be put into the cycle of gameplay???

I wonder if the removal of the H3 Refueled playlist has anything to do with the recent backlash about 343 being vehemently opposed to needing, wanting, or seeking help from people associated with Bungie and before you think 343 wouldn't be that YES YES THEY WOULD 🤣

💚 They don’t listen to their fans. They had some good will from patching MCC. Now its just player feedback falling on deaf ears. And broken promises. I think everyone at least expected one new weapon in the 3 years we’ve had infinite and they can’t even give us that.
When i complained about infinite’s controller sensitivity being 3x slower than MCC’s controller sens, (and i wasnt the only one who complained about this) they basically told me off

Ending seasons was the nod that most people needed to know that new content was not on the way. If a game feels like its ending, or on the way out, why should players invest any time in it? Those who like will still play it whilst the population supports it but for casual players, or people who want to try new things it just isnt worth it. For me I hit hero rank and just immediately uninstalled it. There is nothing left for me personally to achieve and ive got a massive backlog of great games to play. The gaming landscape is so different now that people dont need to hang around for some thing that feels lacklustre or dead.

@KevinKoolx it's the ar/br modes you want to keep checked in quickplay for the halo 3 refuelled playlist. It's not been removed.

It’s a shame because the seasons were keeping the population up, it showed the game was getting back on its feet with new stuff. Instead all it is now is just new maps and modes. But the problem is that now there’s no incentive of playing it still, don’t get me wrong I still play it for I find it’s core gameplay and firefight fun. But even I’m being drained.
