My T5 keeps on glitching out whenever both of the earbuds are connected. But if I use the right earbud alone and the other inside the case, there right earbud works perfectly (no disconnecting issues, no range issues). On the other hand, if I use the left earbud and the right earbud is inside the case, the issues pops up. This has happened on both of my new T5 units. I checked the legitimacy of both units from their box(number code in scratching stickers). What do you think is the problem?
