Bryan Kohberger was back in an Idaho courtroom for a motion hearing ahead of the start of his murder trial. Kohberger is accused of fatally stabbing Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle in their off-campus home at the University of Idaho. Several motions need to be heard and decided upon, making on early October trial start unlikely. LiveNOW's Andrew Craft spoke with FOX's Mills Hayes about the latest in court.

He should not be forced to choose between a speedy trial and a fair trial. The prosecution sounds ridiculous suggesting the information is not relevant when they bragged it is the method they used to find their suspect, it is the evidence they presented to the grand jury, and they have announced they plan to seek the death penalty so that he could face a firing squad. 🤔

And this isn’t the first time he’s been in a suit where have you guys been?

IMO, the prosecution getting agitated only makes them look guilty, incompetent and fearful of their slam dunk case becoming a real battle.

It’s sad but the truth is he is innocent till proven guilty. Nobody should act like they already know that he committed the crimes because they don’t know nothing

They said the same thing about Lori Vallow and they had no problem seating a jury in Ada county

He has a right to a speedy trial, if he waives that right. It will be long and drawn out.

No DNA, weapon or witness nor confession all the top 4 that me as a American citizen would need to convict are available from what I am understanding

Not everyone in Moscow knows everything about this case. There are some who are as clueless as some of the comments.

In high profile cases like this I think should be tried with us the people allowed to be the jury. Ask questions and give our final opinion then the judge can ask questions share thoughts and we all get to be a part of this decision. Because there are so many questions still not covered.
