Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children : Motorcycle Chase

What’s happening in this Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie clip?
Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz board their own motorcycles and take off towards the uncompleted highway just as Cloud follows them in a chase. As Cloud desperately tries to catch up to Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz distract him by attacking. Eventually, Kadaj takes a ramp to the higher levels. Cloud tries to follow, but is cut off by Loz and is forced to stay on the lower levels. Cloud, Yazoo and Loz enter a sealed overpass, in which they attack Cloud brutally. Cloud however, manages to destroy Loz's motorcycle and both of their weapons, using two of his swords. Cloud speeds ahead as Loz boards Yazoo's motorcycle. Reno and Rude take positions in front of the three as they set up explosives on the highway. Cloud drives past both of them, but Yazoo and Loz are caught in the gigantic explosion. The explosion propels Cloud to the higher levels and he engages Kadaj in battle.

What’s the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children movie about?
The story takes place two years after Cloud (Steve Burton) and the AVALANCHE group defeated Sephiroth. In the meantime, Cloud has become isolated and is haunted by the demons of his past. Since its near-destruction by a meteor, Midgar is a shadow of its former self: an economic and industrial megalopolis, which its inhabitants are slowly beginning to rebuild. The meteor had been summoned by Sephiroth (George Newbern) thanks to the unique black materia; the material of destruction. Aeris (Mena Suvari) had then sacrificed her own life to invoke and use the white materia, the one that was powerful enough to counter the black materia. Unfortunately, it was in vain, and the River of Life itself put an end to the carnage. However, a mysterious disease, the starry scar syndrome (geostigma), torments them; it is proof that Jenova fights against the river of life even after death. The latter brings death and even more despair to a world plagued by misery, especially after the abandonment of the use of the Mako.

Cloud must have the slowest bike ever. The bad guys keep coming to a full stop to do various other stuff and yet they still always catch right back up again. Pretty silly stuff.

they should have made cloud to pass like in an instant and idk maybe dust/wind trail on the 2 brother and not like a slow granny bike like that

As much that I love this movie, I'm still thinking that Cloud's friends should have fought Loz and Yazoo
