There is so much incredibly important information in this video, I don't even know where to begin putting the gold stars on your forehead. ❤️

You are 100% spot on Nick, especially on that "one" video point. I had 1 video that reached 1 million views and that launched my channel to over 100K subscribers in a short period of time. Thanks for all of your valuable content. 👍🏼

This video is invaluable to anybody that wants to grow their channel. Asking people to subscribe doesn't grow channels that much - quality content does. Thank you, Nick!

this is SO true. I've had a slow grow, and some of my videos don't get immediate traction, but a week later they start doing better. I think a lot of people want instant gratification or think that getting an instant 300 views or more in a day means success, but it's all about the watch time at the end of the day. I know people who get a lot of clicks but watch time is underperforming. I can attest that even though I am at over 1000 subs, I still don't always get high performance, so I pay attention to those videos I'm getting higher and lower performance right now, and then adapt and learn from those things for future videos. Still learning, always learning. Thanks for being so helpful!

I 100% believe the point about trying to stand out, trying to find your own way is so important. Don't get lost in the ocean of youtube videos. Thanks as always Nick!

I always pay a lot of attention to all your advice. I won’t ever forget how your suggestion on choosing budget friendly lighting from Home Depot helped me. It was such a helpful tip for my cooking videos and those clamp lights were perfect for me. I still use them though I have recently bought those soft box lights but the latter are so very big and takes up so much space and it’s hard when you are doing everything by yourself starting from prep, filming, cooking, running to the sink to dump dishes and then the aftermath of cleaning a mountain of dishes. Thanks a lot Sir for all your advice. Take care 🙏🏾

I’ve been watching you for the last 3 years my man, and your tips not only nourished and polished my YouTube channel, but further more they have inspired me to keep going during those dark times! Much love brotha 💪🏻

The hardest part is to actually use the tips in practice! I recorded my first ever face-on video, and I will upload it this week! I have been here since 2019 and the growth has been a roller coaster! sometimes it's decreasing and then increasing, but I have learned that consistency and believing in yourself is the key! I hope I can reach the 1000 subs by the time I reach 100 uploads, I am currently at 50!

Thanks to your sweet information, I've been working on improving my titles and Thumbnails! I haven't seen much difference yet, but I hope to soon. My channel is already larger than I ever imagined it could be! But I want to double my monthly revenue. Thanks again for your enthusiasm and tips

It's good to know that my decision to build my skill sets before anything else was a good one. Out of all of the YT advisors out there, yours sound the most similar to the lectures from my college professors. Easy to understand, easy to relate, displays tangible goals, and gives me ways to measure my success even without much data to work with. Love your content, will subscribe.

Thanks Nick! It’s reassuring as a creator that I just need to improve one small area in each of my workout videos. Marathon not a sprint 😉

Excellent. While so many other how-to-YouTube channels dangle carrots in front of new YouTubers, you drop knowledge. Real-world realism. Thank you.

Thanks for the great advice as always Nick! We're getting there slowly with our channel. We know our audience is out there, we're just trying our best to make great content that finds them and keeps them coming back for more 🙂

Every new uploaded video is just another opportunity for your channel to blow up and make your dreams come true. That ending was really inspiring.

Thank you Nick for putting this together. I especially like the part of standing out in your niche. I'm in the cooking niche and for me it seems hard to find different ways to title, but adding my own flare to thumbnails and the way I format my videos is something I have fun with. There's a TON of cooking channels out there that all seem to blend together and hard to tell apart. Much appreciated information as always 👊

Nick,
Always appreciate your encouragement! I notice some art channels growing so fast. The content is enjoyable too. But…….. I get bored doing the same thing artistically over and over. I do many different things on my channel. And I’m good at teaching how to. I’m getting better at making videos and realized that time stamps provide more opportunity for ppl to find information they are looking for. I know I’ll keep getting better at creating, making videos, etc. my channel is slow to grow but a few videos have been helpful to others so I’m going to keep filming my art.

I agree especially to the fact that you have to create quality content with patience. You have to stay dedicated with your content and when one video goes viral, all of your channel content will be viewed exponentially.

Great information Nick. I started mine about 2 months and now up to nine videos. I kinda fell into that trap of looking at other new YouTube channels and started to get discouraged and confused. But with this information I now know what I need to stay focused on and just have FUN with it.
