Growing up, spicy tuna rolls were my go-to sushi order. While not the most authentic way to eat sashimi grade fish, the creamy kick made sushi feel like comfort food.

For this recipe any type of sashimi grade tuna (or even salmon) will work. Squeeze the sticky rice into a tight ball before forming and frying your rice cakes. Simple to make, and a great first step for those getting comfortable with raw fish!
