If you want to practice celibacy or be abstinent as a single mom then that is your prerogative BUT it is so shocking to me how many single moms fear being judged or fear losing their man because they want to be celibate. As a single mom that is celibate, myself, see what I have to say about it.

I felt the calling to be celibate after realizing I was using sex to hold on to a man. Truth be told I experienced the same thing over and over again and again. They only wanted sex or I was just a stand by until the woman they really wanted came along. I got a beautiful daughter out of the mess that's about it. But I'm going to be celibate until I get married if it's God's will. If I don't ever get married I'm asking God to give me strength to live in peace and contentment in him only. Pray my strength 🙏❤️

I felt the need to become celibate after coming to terms with the years of over use and sexual abuse from ppl over the years. After a while sex be came a comfort tool more than sex itself.
I’ve had a few trials of celibacy in the past and I must say it is a life I’d rather be apart of 😌
