Bose are the winner hands down, sound is much better and Bass air pods can't even touch them. Noise cancelling Bose is also leading the pack. Both can be used on iOS.

Bose doesn’t connect easily, I bought and returned, but AirPods Pro 2 is very convenient for apple for sure ..

Thanks for the review. Have you ever experienced Airpods Pro’s 2 issues such as?:

- it disconnects from the Youtube app if you pause it and switch to another app or simply lock the screen even for a second and open it again. It won’t play again if you click on the earbud.

- if you switch from MacBook to iPhone it’ll play straight away w/h no issues, but it won’t switch back to Macbook once you start playback on it and you’ll have to manually connect it.

- if you have another Apple device registered with different account or simply any other device, the only option to connect airpods is manually connecting trough the Bluetooth settings, no click command option on the earbuds. Even cheap headphones have this options.

Basically no feature, that I was expecting from AirPods Pro’s 2 works which makes it useless for my workflow. I think this is a minimum that anyone being in the Apple ecosystem is expecting. Bose is a better option for sure and I least care about the wireless charging, I could live without it.

I have the 1 st gen AirPods Pro and they have been great, especially with the connectivity and pairing. Due to my work, I mainly use the AirPods for making and answering calls and again they have been great for that too.
I have just bought the QC2 and only had them for a few days, but I find that the sound when you call is muffled and not as sharp as the AirPods Pro. I also find that when on call the sound is kind of low, but when I check the volume it's on maximum. I don't know if I am doing anything wrong because when I played music they seem rather loud.

The Bose fit my ear the best, but EVERYONE could NOT hear me when I called. 😢 I hope Bose ups their game on the next one.

I’m returning my Bose qc 2 buds, for $300 I didn’t even check reviews, I just assumed it WAS $300 ear buds, the call quality sucks, everyone complains about my voice being distant

Considering that the airpods cost 280 and the bose cost 250 (located in germany) I will go for the bose. If I was in the US or had an iPhone the airpods no question, they are just 199 at Amazon right now. But unfortunately they are more expensive and I don't use some of the features as an android user

I was wondering can I take the Bose buds out with me without the case because it’s so bulky in my pocket, will the buds work?? The other thing is the top of the Bose case seem a lot looser then air pods and it makes the case feel cheap and weak, is your case door loose as well, please let me know, thanks

I’m 100% in the Apple ecosystem but as a frequent traveler I’m tempted to get the Bose.

Mic quality on the Bose is awful comparatively. That said the AirPods Pro line take 5 or so seconds to equalise before you can hear anything that doesn’t sound like it’s under water. When it does settle it’s considerably better. So if you’re all and talk you have to decide if you want better noise cancelling or a much better mic.

Bose also sells xs and xl eartips/stability bands sold seperatly if the stock tips don't fit.

I actually tried both for myself if you want all the features airpods if you want the sound quality Bose they did remodel a tiny bit now there's more of a curve to the stem the

I never use press to hold for assistant. I have android and Bixby is terrible. You can always just say ok Google, u don't need any earbud functionality for that, I can do that with any earbuds.

only use the left earphone because I'm left-handed and work only
the proplem either they are off right away or they play a few songs when

I have both- 1st generation. The Bose tips didn’t fit my ears until recently when they sent me a new size available (medium-large) FREE OF CHARGE. I love the AirPods spacial audio, text to voice, and fit/seal in my ears. The AirPods are indeed extremely compatible with iPhones and tell me if I’ve left them behind. They can also be fully used with Apple TV as an audio source- great if I’m watching The Avengers while my wife is reading. I put them thru the wash- They aren’t waterproof😮😢. The noise cancellation no longer works, but they still sound great in standard mode and are actually still fairly noise resistant.
My conclusion is the same as yours, except with the 1st generation. AirPods are amazingly convenient and sound great. Bose is known for having the best noise cancellation and the earbuds are no exception. Bose support is the best, although Apple is very good too. I love them both for the same reasons you mentioned.
