The 2016 pound is special because it was only available as bunc. Has the cross privy Mark mintage 10.000

NGC can't spell Piedfort. They have spelt it 'Piefort' on their capsule. Does that add value?

They minted 648 million 2016 dated £1, so presumably there's something else interesting about that one, or maybe it was for comparison?
