How to get Patches' Crouch gesture!! (Patch 1.04)

After killing Rykard, patches will be sitting in front of the boss door at Shaded Castle. Exhaust his dialogue and he will return to Murkwater Cave as a boss. Almost immediately he will surrender and give you the gesture. Like and subscribe if this helped!
