That's right, Maxim just named Miley their #1 hottest person in the world and we are going to show you some exercises to get you started on your climb to the top! I have done this for almost a month, with some rest days. My thighs are so much thinner and my calves are now shaped and toned. This is the best workout, I saw results a week in and decided to keep going

day 14, yes ive done it EVERY day plus the abs, for anyone who is not sure if this gives you results, IT DOES. My legs are toned and butt is firm, my legs have also become thin and long!!! I know results may differ depending on how hard you work and how big you were to start with but you will definately see a difference! good luck guys!!!

It's insane how I used to DESPISE this workout with my entire being when I was doing it in high school, when I was treating it as punishment for my body, when I was probably at my lowest regarding ED and mental health, and now, 9 years later I am LOVING it, doing it without difficulty and with much pleasure as a reward for my body for being able to move in such a way. I love your videos, Rebecca, and they're really helping me establish a healthy relationship with fitness for the first time in my life <3

I've been doing this exercise everyday for two weeks and all my friends have told me that they could see the difference in my legs. If you do it regularly it works. And it makes you feel soooo much better ♥

After this workout, it made me feels like going back to toddler hood. I had to learn how to walk again in the next morning.

UPDATE!
IT WORKS!!! guys, ive been excersising for 15 days in a row. i had 2 days of rest. i also combine this workout with miley cyrus arms + some warmup at the beginning ( Ewa Chodakowska or Other youtubers) . It really works. guys you need to be SUPER CONSISTENT and PATIENT. FIRST WEEK was a horror- i was sweating like a pig, and my legs were shaking like jelly. after 1.5 week i saw the improvement. usually i see improvement after a REST DAY. my legs are slimmer, i have more visible tight gap, i can make all squats excercies with no pause. definitely i see improvement. keep working and be PATIENT. we have coronavirus pandemic now. YOU HAVE TIME to do this excersice with others for arms, abs and etc. its only 1 or 1.5 hour per day and after pandemic you will feel totally better. TRUST ME. i went through first terrible 1.5 week, i was sweating, red, shaking like crazy but now im patient, im more STABLE. do it and you will never regret!!! :) i will write my update next week as well!

I've been doing this for over a month now. I started around second week of December. Before, whenever I lift my feet up (while lying down), I couldn't see any form in my thighs aside from it looking just like a blob, almost a big and fluffy triangle (my quads). But now, I can fit in my boxers again. I used to get M or L for shorts, but I can fit in S too. I did this EVERYDAY, along with the 9 Exercises for A Flat Stomach (which also uses your legs a lot) aside from cardio workouts.

I'm planning to continue this because it actually works. My thighs are slimmer (not muscular, because stretching helps A LOT). If you ever want an update, please bug me about it HAHA. I'm going to try to do this for 100 days everyday or something.

I do it once a day, 6x a week. If I miss one day, I do it two times the next day. I DRINK 2000 ML OF WATER THIS IS VITAL

PS. KEEP ON WORKING OUT!! IT WORKS I SWEAR BY IT

oh my god best workout ever! I dont do any sports exept for this workout. The last two weeks I do it every day and I feel amazing! It's getting easier and easier from time to time and my legs look amazing! 
You don't need to pay for the fitness center, just do this workout I'm so happy :)

This workout does make your legs a little muscular but in a toned-slim way. Theyre thin but also have muscle. They look nice, trust me I know I've done this workout for 2 weeks and I saw results on the second day

I've been doing this workout 3 times per week for two months and I have seen AMAZING improvements in my legs. They've gotten so much thinner and my quads and hamstrings look so toned and lean! They aren't getting big or bulky, it's the perfect amount of muscle. I also do the "9 exercises for a flat stomach" every day and I can see an insane improvement in my body. I love XHIT! :)

So I started with this at June 1st, I was trying to do this workout everyday and I was also doing Miley Cyrus abs workout. I'm also running 2-3 km per day. I'm not really on diet, I just don't eat much sweets, junk food and meat in general. Today it's June 23rd and I already see effects. I lost 4 kg (about 8 lbs) and my legs and abs are looking much better and slimmer. But it's not the end yet. I'll definitely exercinsing as before until I'll achieve my goal. Stay motivated!

This is possibly the hardest legs workout I've ever tried.
To be honest, I've tried to do it fully for a long time. I started with only doing first 2-3 exercies, but today I've made a goal to finally complete it. AND HELL YEAH, I'VE DONE THIS!!
One important thing I've undrestood is this workout is great for all the legs muscles, so if you feel about to give up, just remember: the muscles you're working at the moment will stop aching in a couple of minutes (couple of minutes is nothing!), just keep pushing yourself, you're stronger than you can imagine!

I did this workout every day for about 5 weeks and the results are so good. My calves are so toned & thighs have slimmed. My legs slimmed so much many people said that my legs looked longer as they were slimmer. I did this in the mornings which is a good idea as you can get on with your day and walking around is like a cool down. 100% recommend & good luck!!!

✔그리고 한발서고 운동하는거, 고양이자세에서 다리드는거 할때 골반떨어지지 않게 주의 해주세요❗🚫중립위치로 유지시켜야지 다른 근육의 과사용으로 인한 손상을 줄일수 있을거에요. 복부에 힘주시지않으면 나중에 엉덩이(Gluteus medius) 아플거에요 ㅠㅠ 뭐든지 시작은 과하지않게! 그리고 중립자세유지하면서!! 참고하시라그요...저처럼되지마시구 ㅎㅎ...😶 그럼 다들 다이어트 아자아자 화이팅!!🙋💪👍
