A thing is that Selah uses stevia which actually is really unhealthy and can cause bloating, nausea, dizziness and numbness. I was also really sad when I heard this cause I was about to be able to buy it until I heard about the downsides.😢😢

I do agree with the overflowing but there also could be too bland too if u dont put enough so if id be you id retaste with more added flavor

Circles actually better than Selah because one you can customize the flavor unlike Siah, which you cannot customize the flavoring too. Did you know that if you leave the seal bottle open up for one hour it’ll start to rot inside because of the flavoring, the flavoring excess on the side of the water bottle will start to rotten And also Selah is made out of plastic and your circle. Water bottle is well stainless steel so seal is bad for the environment because it’s plastic.
