I just had my first ever subway sandwich in my life. It had toasted Italian bread, shredded steak, and American cheese. I can confidently say I will be eating more subway sandwiches throughout my life

The best thing about this water bottle is the energy boosters they have the same caffeine as a monster/rebull or they have crazyier ones that are like shots of espresso all 3 dollars all zero sugar and taste great ( and your spending 3 dollars to get 4-5 refills worth of the drink)

When you first get a new pod I like to have it at 2-3 because it will always be sweeter when you first open them

I just got one a few days ago and I can confirm the pods don’t last super long and some flavors are kinda mid but if your looking to cut out soda/pop or sugary drinks like juice it’s a good alternative and the pods are 4 bucks after tax I personally like to use mine on a 3 or 4 anything after that is overpowering and the pods last about 6 22 ounce refills which for 4 bucks isn’t bad at all at least in my opinion

I’ve had one of these for around 5 years at this point. Love it. The pods really only run out fast if you have it above 2-3 and drink lots of water. I usually stock up a bunch every couple weeks.

So I’ve had one of these bottles since before they went viral and it’s better to start it out at like two or three level flavor and as it starts to runout you turn it up so that you keep the flavor for longer

the pods usually run out after like 3 days and you have to slowly adjust it to higher flavor levels. Like on the last day before my pod ran out I had to go from a 4 all the way to a 10 just to get the slightest bit of flavor.

The pods last me about 6 fill ups i have the 45oz metal bottle with a sleeve. My favorite is raspberry tea and the mixed berry. I think the mixed berry taste like blueberry yogurt.

I love mine but it leaks all over my clothes. Also how are these sanitary? I use mine all day and got bored of the flavor so I switched flavors but it was still going strong lol
