Peaceful Calm - Stress and Anxiety causes hearing loss, reduced hearing and changes the range in which you can hear. Normal conversations are harder to hear and high pitches are easier to hear.
Doorway to the Soul - Your eyes are connected to your entire nervous system. Because we spend so much time on our electronic devices it strains our eyes and drains the corresponding organ system (liver and gallbladder organ but also aggravates the ventral vagus nerve system and causes anxiety).
Pool of Wind - This is called your “Pool of Wind” because it tends to collect negative energy known as evil wind, when you rub here you feel a sense of calm and relaxation.
