Disney and Pixar’s “Turning Red” introduces Mei Lee (voice of Rosalie Chiang), a confident, dorky 13-year-old torn between staying her mother’s dutiful daughter and the chaos of adolescence. Her protective, if not slightly overbearing mother, Ming (voice of Sandra Oh), is never far from her daughter—an unfortunate reality for the teenager. And as if changes to her interests, relationships and body weren’t enough, whenever she gets too excited (which is practically ALWAYS), she “poofs” into a giant red panda! Directed by Academy Award® winner Domee Shi (Pixar short “Bao”) and produced by Lindsey Collins, Turning Red releases on March 11, 2022.

This movie deserved a theatrical release and a red carpet premier! Domee Shi is a brilliant storyteller and this looks absolutely wonderful.
Disney really needs to stop treating Pixar studio this way.

I really do love how if you watched every Pixer movie back to back, you can see the animation develop, how to race of characters get more varied, how the story lines become so much more friendly and entertaining, it's quite amazing how far they've come :)

This movie is going to be another really fun Pixar movie!! The animation style looks cool and the story behind the red panda (red pandas are so cute!) seems pretty interesting! I'm a bit disappointed that we won’t be able to see it in theatres, but still excited :)
I've always loved Pixar movies, and I'm sure that they won't let us down with ‘Turning Red’! 😄

I feel bad for Pixar. Seeing that most of their recent films is being put on Disney+ shows that Disney just doesn't care about them. And before anyone mention the pandemic as an excuse, let's see how The Batman does at the box office next month.
