Thank you for the video, my son feels the pain only in the morning whenever he wakes up... but no other symptoms shown as you have list up there... but after he goes to school than its fine, but whenever he wakes up in the morning to go to school he feels the pain

Als Master sport en bewegingswetenschappen en 1 master student kine (MSK sport), is dit topic (nog) niet aan bod gekomen! Bedankt voor deze goede, simpel verstaanbare, duidelijke, korte maar toch voldoende uitgebreide video! Ik neem aan dat load management bij deze patiënten heel belangrijk is? Wat met krachtraining en stretching, zijn er hiervoor contra-indicaties/nodige aanpassingen?

My sister is 16yrs and she always complain of bone pains and we've been taking her to hospital since she was 14yrs yet no sickness has ever been found. Now i understand that it could be growing pain she has. But again at what age does this growing pain go away. Or when does it stop? The pain interferes with her normal life even schooling.

I use to get them so bad at night as a kid. Tried ben gay but never worked. Im 6'3. My brother never got them and hes 6'1. Weird
