"All that's left is pillow-stuffing." I am sure that line will stay with me for the rest of my days.

Plot Twist: One of its siblings pushed it off the tree branch. Not enough room for two.

When I was a kid, I used to pretend that the grass in the back yards was full of alligators. I would try to get from one side of the yard to the other without stepping on the grass using the swing set, flagstone walkway, and anything else laying on the grass.
Maybe I was an unsuccessful egret in a past life...

Poor innocent baby bird! It never had a chance.

Why don't the baby birds just practice flying on a tree that's NOT leaning over the water?

lol did they mount a gopro on a piranha?

I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy. No matter what anyone has done, pushing someone or throwing something into a river of pirahnas is slightly deranged.
I mean, no one really deserves to get ripped apart. No matter what bad thing they've done.

I remember swimming in a pool full of fish that were related to the piranha. Fortunately, they loved tortillas more than they loved meat (which I fed them).

And people.

I used to have a divided tank with 5 red bellied Piranhas on one side and a mixture of Oscars and Red devils on the other side (3 Oscars, 2 Devils). The Cichlids figured out a way to break the barrier and ate the red bellies.

a drop from 2 miles away? It is possible but it would take time for the molecules of blood to disperse 2 miles and by that time the animal would have gotten out of the water or been devoured. The peak time for piranha attacks is also dry season when there is little other food (therefore the frenzy happens) and the water levels are low so fish are more concentrated.

It looks like the cameraman is the one who pushed the bird into the water so they could have filmed the scene lol
