I know this is about Dougherty but since Rose McGowan is in this clip I’m going to mention this…my daughter met Rose several months back at Comic-Con and she was the last person in line to take a picture with her. My daughter loves Scream and is a big fan of Rose McGowan, she was nervous to meet her and thought Rose would just want to hurry up so she could leave (understandable). However she said Rose was anything but, she said she’s really sweet and genuine and kindly took a couple of pictures with her. My daughter didn’t have her phone with her but Rose used her own phone to take them then sent them to my daughter. That really made her day!! Thank you Rose McGowan for being a real lady! And Rest In Peace to Ms Dougherty and prayers to her family and friends.

I worked on a film with Shannen just before Covid, and I can tell you that everyone on set loved her and that she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mira Sorvino was also in it and man she was just wonderful too.

That’s a fact. Shannon was VILIFIED during this period of her life. She could not get a job. She was essentially blackballed within the industry. Nobody wanted to work with her because she had been effectively painted a bad collaborator. She was absolutely pitted against Alyssa. In my naivetee however, I always thought the media was to blame for that. I never would have imagined over the years that it was really Alyssa looking to get rid of her. It wasn’t until Rose McGowan spoke out against her years ago, that I realized… okay… Rose AND Shannon had issues with her? That’s not a one off, that’s a trend. And now Hollie is speaking up. I stand with them. Alyssa’s response was woefully dismissive, ignorant and disappointing.

If you watched the show after Shannen's departure, you can clearly see that Alyssa wanted as much attention as she could get. I am sorry to hear about Shannen's cancer and hope she recovers. Seeing these three ladies together shows the real Power Of Three.

I was diagnosed with stage III BC in 2012 at the age of 45. Only 4 years before Shannen was. I have followed her story with BC because of her being diagnosed at a young age like I was. It takes a special kind of courage and strength to deal with the destructive path that cancer yields upon its victims. Cancer doesn’t care who you are or what your plans are. It just decides that today is the day you find out that you hear those three words - you have cancer.

Shannen was an amazing person who never stopped fighting, never stopped living, never stopped believing in that ever so precious thing called hope. When I heard she had passed away on Saturday it stopped me dead in my tracks. I’m going to miss the positive energy and her smile that she always had on her face. I really hate this disease. I’m sorry that this has happened to her and her loved ones that are no doubt devastated by her loss. RIP! ❤

When I rewatch the episodes where Piper was dealing with the loss of Prue it felt more personal to me. Like she was mourning the loss of Shannon from the show. It makes me cry every time I watch those episodes 😢😢😢 2:24

The fact that Shannon’s castmate’s from all the way back at the beginning of her career should speak volumes to her character, just like Alyssa’s castmate’s have never really associated with her after their time together speaks volumes to her character

It's tragic to think that with all the pain of her cancer, what was done to her on Charmed had cut so deep that it wasn't even overshadowed by her health struggles. Those wounds still hurt just as much. Destroying someone's reputation and career, all but blacklisting them from their livelihood, is a brutal, cold and heartless thing to do to someone. Rose faced it from Harvey Weinstein too. That's why she understands what Shannen went through so well.

Alyssa had everyone believing her side of things. Why would she bother a woman going through cancer with ancient drama? I mean it's been over a decade even if Shannon was at fault shouldn't Alyssa be over it especially since she got what she wanted to begin with?

I LOVE that Rose and Shannen became friends, perhaps Charmed might have been a LOT better if Rose had been originally cast in the role of Phoebe instead of Milano!!
