Can police legally force you to leave your purse or bag in a car if you are a passenger in a car and the driver was pulled over for a traffic violation but for whatever reason police tells everyone to exit the vehicle and driver gave permission to search vehicle?

In delaware during an inventory search are the allowed to search center consoles and work bags. Also things inventory can they just throw everything in the back of the vehicle.

I went through a license checkpoint and I had valid license the officer walks up to the window and I told the officer I had a pistol on my side first thing I said then I asked kid I grab my wallet and he stated yes then grab my wallet handed him my license they saying that they were valid I was not a felon at the time and he opened my door and told me to step out of the vehicle I have not been drinking or smoking weed but I had possession schedule to narcotics in my pocket but he had no reason to get me out of the vehicle and search me can I beat that in court

Question 2: after having a few drinks at diner, and leaving the local restaurant, if I get pulled over and the Officer asks..." how much have you had to drink tonight "....what's the best response?...thanks

I believe police can initiate a search or seizure if you are currently paroled or on probation????

I have an experiment... now police officers have right too...so this would have to be done under a terms of employment exemption...Give 1000 K9 cops randomly and without warning a lie detector test and simply ask them two questions.1)Do you have a secret signal for your dog so that he will indicate on a car that there are drugs when he does not detect them on his own? 2)Have you ever used it to illegally search a car? If we are honest it is likely that the result would be a horrible failing grade on top of the dogs themselves already getting a failing grade. I am aghast that after testing was done showing your average K9 police dog is only about 52% accurate, that the supreme court said 52% was good enough. 52% was a failing grade on every test I have ever heard of.

What if you're pulled over on the side of the road because you're falling asleep with the wheel and trying to be a good samaritan and take a small nap and safely parked off the side of the road onto a dirt road actually and officer approached vehicle even with running lights on and car running. I was only at the location before he became tapping on my window maybe 15 minutes

Is my car was a In their body shop her service department rather scheduled to go to body shop after service department got a Courtesy vehicle for my car being in the shop for more than 3 days they had my car for about 3 weeks then decided to call loner vehicle in as stolen I drove all the way back as they lured me back into town just to GPS my loner vehicle and come to the parking lot in which it was part to me legally search it and then seized it and then Being charged storage fees

After watching this video it brought me back to an incident when I was in my early 20s. I woke up and saw police cars picking up someone on my street. Not sure what the conversation was but the police walked over to my driveway and going through my car (I forgot to lock) but didn't knock on my door or anything. I was young and scared so I didn't go out and ask but kept my lights off and watch through the window in the dark. Does anyone knows what that was all about?

Cops can care less about what you say the other night my friend used my car she wasn't driving she was parked at her friends not doing nothing the coward made contact and ran my plate my reg and ins lapped cause I'm enjoying my right to travel now so no crime obviously was committed

She called me and I invoked my right to travel and ins and registration is not needed well he pulled her out of the car and escalated and asked to search my car now I know nothing was in there so she said he couldn't search and I simply said I do not consent to any unlawful searches and seizures of my personal property nor do I consent to any violation of my 4th amendment unalienable right his response was I don't need consent there is so much more to this like my car was targeted in retaliation from a corrupt judge who is on my criminal case in a false allegations case where the accuser has recanted 2xs but official deposition and 1 time verbally to the judge

They have exonorating video evidence and eyewitness statements of my innocence which has been deemed inadmissable by this judge as my entire defense this has been going on over 4 yrs now trial was set 3xs my 1st inept counsel abandoned me with a trial set and 7 motions which were filed 2yrs ago in march this judge let him withdraw which under rule 12 they can't withdraw under those conditions

Aug 28 trial was to start but I filed complaints and launch an investigation into the injustice system so the entire state of Utah is being watch well during jury selection the judge and prosecutor tried to taint the jury and were caught so trial was canceled all the jurors unanimously entered not guilty in retaliation for this they filed charges with CPS which I had 9 previous all found false no substantial evidence found #9 put us in front of a judge and I had a public defender as did my ex since he was with her at the time this was dismissed so for this last one they tried interviewing my son at school he is 11 he told them my dad told me not to answer any of your questions so the prosecutor filed charges she seemed fit all false ofcoarse so the case worker contacted me I gave her 3 specific directives call my inept counsel on my criminal case contact my PD from the last case and get us in front of the same judge she obeyed this was to establish without her knowledge criminal intent retaliation with intent to cause harm 18 USC 241 18 USC 242 violation of the civil rights act of 1866 enforced 1871 which her counsel assured her those charges will stand up in court

So the first appearance came and I had talked to my PD to step down and be my co-counsel she did as I went pro se and got the false charges dismissed she wasn't in attendance

So fast forward we are getting evicted because the psychological damage from this case and their retaliation because I won't plea to a crime I have evidence for proving I didn't commit me and my wife both professionals she was an LPN I'm a machinest welder fabricator and I have more certifications then most dream of OSHA Microsoft excel weld robot programming forklift licenses etc we are disabled and can't work we have applied for assistance and finally got Medicade but we had court last WK and my wife is on this lease my judge was on this case so my wife asked him to recuse due to conflict of interest which my case has a long with ex parte communications at 1st he denied but called a recess and came back after the investigator talked to him he is babysat as you can see but he recused himself and I have had cops follow me get behind me but they know not to try because their investigation just concluded so they don't want to try well to retaliate he told a sheriff to find my car assault me and harass me and impound my car as he has said that he will destroy us for exposing his 30 yrs of criminality

I think this paints a big picture for you my attorney won't honor any of my requests which I know law and am very well versed and was told by my 1st counsels co-counsel before he abandoned me and I have bruised my 1st and 2nd counsels egos for my extensive knowledge in just 4 yrs of studying and researching law

Do you have any advise on how I can stop this judicial abuse me and my wife are so mentally drained we can care less if we live or die and we have all the evidence and a paper trail everywhere and this judge fathered a child with my accuser which ended his marriage have documented proof of this as well I'm at a loss any help would be much appreciated I don't know how much more me and her can take my kids all moved out yesterday because of all this my 11 yr old I sent to his grams so they don't traumatize him anymore than they have

Is the opinion that the officer felt his safety was in jeopardy ever questioned in court?

If a cop wants to search your vehicle and does not have your consent or probable cause, can't he just make up some bullshit reason that he felt his safety was in jeopardy? This seems like a loophole. Can the officer simply say "he seemed nervous or agitated and kept looking at floorboard/glove box. I felt he may reach for a weapon"?
