Awesome to see the car back! Check to see Ign2 circuit is not overloaded... maybe e-fans, gauges, etc are on that one circuit which doesn't supply necessary power to the starter especially if its tied into the stock harness/wiring.

Do you have the AVS alarm system because that beep and FOB you have is the same? I had the same problem with the car not starting. There are a few reasons why it wont start when you want it to. Car wont start if the car has central locking and a door (even bonnet) is open, if you have a turbo timer you have to wait for it to reset (60s) then try again. What I did for a while was lock the door with the FOB then unlock to get in the car, when I was in the seat I would lock the door with the FOB and open again then car would start 90% of the time. Anyway, I just got so sick of it I paid auto electricians to pull the whole thing out. BTW, it has nothing to do with any grounds its just a really shitty system, I'd pay someone to get it out (cost me $120 in NZ)
