The Harry Potter Film franchise was and still is an epic one. Today, we’re taking a look at Harry Potter movie lines that came at the beginning and end of characters journey’s in the movies! For many members of the young cast, these parts were the actors’ first roles making their initial lines the very first they’d ever spoken on any set - making them even more meaningful for the actors and audience alike. The Harry Potter script has some incredible lines from some epic and powerful characters - yes, we’re talking about Professor McGonagall and the ever-feisty Molly Weasley. We have no doubt that some of these first and last words from the characters are among some of the cast's favorite lines too.
It may come as a shock to learn how simple Harry’s first and last lines are. As for Hermione and Ron - both their first words are perfect intros to them as characters.
Hagrid’s final line is one simple word, but it is PACKED full of emotion. Some characters depict a complete 180 with their initial and last words in the film. We see Sirius Black go from battling Harry, to being by his side until the very end, when Harry news him most. Neville Longbottom’s growth as a character becomes obvious if we look at his first and last lines - he goes from awkward, nervous boy to a powerful leader in the Wizarding world. While Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy are pretty despicable characters throughout - one thing for certain is clear in their opening and closing lines - all somehow connected to their son, Draco.
