I fell asleep to this until my earbuds apparently died 4 hours in. I woke up this morning and I SWEAR...my left shoulder, which has hurt for months is feeling incredible. My neck, which is stiff every morning, is nearly completely without pain (I have cervical spinal stenosis). I am a believer! I worked so hard physically this weekend, I was dreading the pain I would awake with. I am so amazed!!!
