People are created to co-exist, help each other and improve themselves on every aspect...I'm glad that so many people are looking for ways to reduce stress, and recommend their methods to the others. Don't let the mainstream poison your mind because their profit comes from your interest in the bad news which is the only they provide and not including personal problems this is the main reason of your stress. I started to listen to this kind of sounds, distanced my self from giving-bad-vibrations stuff and focused on my work and got a little better after a deep depression.
